Revision Policy

Revisions until you are satisfied

If something in the delivered work does not match the brief we agreed with you, tell us and we will revise it at no extra cost. We continue until you are satisfied that the work meets that brief.

What a revision covers

A revision is an adjustment to work we have delivered so that it matches the agreed scope. Examples include a point of feedback you would like clarified, an edit you would like reconsidered, or a section of a report that does not address the brief.

What counts as new work

Requests that go beyond the original scope are quoted separately. Examples include new chapters or sections added after delivery, a change of topic or brief, or a different service from the one ordered.

How to request a revision

Reply to your delivery email or write to support@verityconsultants.pro and tell us what you would like changed and why. Specific comments help us respond quickly.

Turnaround

We agree a delivery date for each revision with you, taking your deadline into account.
