Our legal bases
We process your information to take steps before entering a contract with you and to perform that contract, to meet our legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in running and improving our business. Where we rely on your consent, for example for non essential cookies, you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
Your documents are shared only with the specialist assigned to your project, who is bound by confidentiality. We also use trusted service providers for website hosting, email, form handling and payments. They may process your information only on our instructions. We do not sell your information.
International transfers
Our specialists and service providers may be located outside your country, including outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we use safeguards recognised by data protection law, such as approved contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep project documents and enquiry details only for as long as needed to deliver the service and deal with any questions afterwards. We keep payment and accounting records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your documents sooner.

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and restricted access. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we will tell you and the regulator where the law requires us to report a breach.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy in a portable format. To use any of these rights, contact us at info@verityconsultants.pro. If you are in the UK, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
