Our approach
Our commitment is to your satisfaction with the work itself. Instead of refunds for a change of mind, we keep revising your work, at no extra cost, until it matches the brief we agreed with you. Our Revision Policy explains how this works.
When a refund applies
If we do not deliver your work by the deadline we agreed with you, for reasons within our control, you are entitled to a refund.
When refunds do not apply
- A change of mind after work has begun
- Dissatisfaction with a grade, publication decision or other outcome decided by someone else
- Changes to your requirements after the work has been delivered, which we handle as a revision or a new quote
- A delay caused by late or incomplete material from you
How to request a refund
Email support@verityconsultants.pro with your order details and the agreed deadline. We reply to every request.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy affects the rights you have under consumer law in your country.
